Mark Sanford
Mark SanfordManaging Director
Mark took over the running of the business in 2014 alongside his brother Guy, following the retirement of their father Phil. He has worked in the company for more than two decades; covering every aspect of manufacture and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. Mark’s fastidious approach to meeting customers’ requirements ensures exceptionally positive working relationships are maintained and Mark’s favourite part of his role is meeting with clients and finding out about their new and exciting projects.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. He is an FA licensed football coach and runs a youth football team, of which his youngest son is a member.

Guy Sanford
Guy SanfordFinance Director
Having run the business with his brother Mark since acquisition in 2014, Guy has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry and specialises in finance and production. Guy thrives on challenges and his favourite part of the job is hitting tight deadlines and completing very difficult builds. Methodical and with a keen eye for detail, Guy is perfectly placed to manage the finances and play a leading role in PCB production. When he’s not at work, Guy can be found behind the wheel of his beloved 1989 Toyota MR2, going to classic car shows, spending time with his wife and two sons or tucking into bangers and mash and a pint of Old Speckled Hen.

Bev ReadProduction Control
Bev is our longest-serving and most experienced staff member. Having been here since the company’s first day of trading back in 1986, her company knowledge means she’s a very important cog in the Cambridge Circuit Company Ltd wheel. She loves working in production and her sense of humour, efficiency and no-nonsense approach to work ensures customer needs and tight deadlines are met! Outside of work, she is a keen hockey player and gardener and she says that the one gadget that she couldn’t live without is her lawn mower. Bev’s professionalism, attention to detail, reliability and strong work ethic make her an invaluable member of the team.
Stuart Steel
Stuart SteelQuality Control / Technical
Utilising his vast industry experience combined with a passion for evolving technologies and advanced processes, Stuart ensures the company remains at the forefront of PCB production. His superior technical know-how means Stuart is perfectly placed to oversee the technical and quality aspects of the business. In his down-time Stuart is King of the BBQ and anything less than three a week brings him out in a cold sweat!

Working closely alongside Mark and Guy, Lesley is usually the first person that customers speak to. With over 20 years’ experience in accounts. She is a proud Scottish lady who is full of life and colour, as you can see by her hair, which changes on a regular basis.
