OMNI Guard 930 Electroless Nickel

We have just installed the latest version of Electroless Nickel from the OM Group – OMNI Guard 930.

It is a self-ph regulating, medium phosphorus electroless nickel process specifically formulated for printed circuit applications that require the use of electroless nickel followed by immersion gold.

OMNI Guard 930 when used in conjunction with OMNI Guard OM Immersion Gold (we installed OMNI Guard OM Immersion Gold in January 2013) produces EN deposits that are corrosion-free and both solderable and wire bondable.
